If you actually knew Ryan and Jon's personalities, you would be able to tell that they are not on drugs at all in this video. Jon is a goofball and acts like that ALL THE TIME. Ryan, even though most of the time he's really reserved and quiet, he gets crazy like that too. They're not on drugs here and it doesn't even matter. They're amazing musicians. Let their personal life be their personal life.
