Nah he didn't start really acting that way until his resurgence in the early 2000's after his probation in the pba was up and he started to win heavily again. I think people start to badmouth Rash sometimes because he hasn't established himself enough like Weber did. Weber has all our respect already and a rep for proven greatness. Sure Rash won the USBC masters, etc so young but still hasn't done enough to be Weber-ish in his mannerisms. He will be great someday though. I think he can be.

forgive me 4 making a WWE refrence, but it looks like he's taking the same "angle" that triple h took durin the beginning of his career where he got people 2 hate him so much that people watch just 2 see if sumone will finally beat him
