71 is 10% of what number? 710. 71.0. Same with two digit numbers. 3.4 is 10% of what number? 34.

Is this the only time you move once when you have 10% to get 5.5? I saw your other percent videos and you moved over twice? thx

@alleykateyes22 when you are changing a decimal to a percent you always move the decimal 2 places to the right; when you are changing from percent to decimal, you always move the decimal 2 places to the left. I do not know what else you are referring to. You can give me a specific example if you want.
