This week the Montana Supreme Court threw out the Citizens United decisions, even though the Federal Supreme Court had ruled it the law. The Montana Courts told them to shove it. Take heart. The Vermont Supreme Court, in 2011, ruled that the citizens have the right, under Public Access Law, to review how our officials report elections. Does the voting process that they use accurately represent the will of the voters? We have the Constitutional right to review the actions of our officials and judge them for their accuracy. Ask for public review of all the ballots in elections. It is your civil right to a fair election, to have your vote applied to the candidate of your choice.
