Bottom band bench with green bands. This whorks on top end bench and changes the strength curve. Can be done with mini, monster mini, light or average band. Can be done on max effort or dynamic effort days.
My guess is it added 50-75lbs to the top of the lift. I would go with a monster mini or mini band instead. If you wanted more resistance then just add another mini band. Didnt really like the sit up but if you didnt have a mini band then you could do this instead. The bands are by jumpstretch.
What's that like, 350 at the top?
