  • I would love to eventually get into that program someday, and pass on what they've taught me. It was pretty exciting to see myself at 2:09 in this vid!

  • Great!

  • Wow I had no idea a program like this existed I am amazed. Maybe someday ppl like these could replace the unqualified P.E. coaches around the U.S. to give students some actual physical education and excersize.(No offense intended to P.E. teachers who do their jobs properly)

  • @supamar660 i think everyone need some parkour training:)

  • We need Parkour training in Ghent.

  • 2:53, nice moviment

  • get some friends interested in it, if you're not in a big city go to a park or school with a playground and play around a bit. be creative but try to start slow, it's not about trying to hurt yourself. thats how i got started in it anyway.

  • guys could you please start world tour and come to serbia. please anwser

  • nice

  • Wish they could come to San Diego, I would totally love to learn from 'em

  • yo bruv wut is IMO?

  • The best way to start IMO is to practice running over various terrain and working on strengthening your chinups, fingers and ankles

Stuff to train first would be balancing on rails, trying squats and crawling

And try low vaults to get the feel for the form and also climbups with rail grips

There are a lot of resources out there, but you could go practice the basics and have fun!
