hey bro i have itunes 9.0.1 and a can't do AAC version i do right click in any song i have but the create AAC version options don't appear

It is telling you this because iTunes can not locate the file you created. Make sure the file name is correct.

Not to sure. Depends on the type of phone, iTunes can only sync with apple products that I know off. You can make ringtones and convert them into what ever format the phone you have requires.
