Of Course Barack Obama is Eligible for President!

The President must be a natural born citizen. Why are ineligible candidates permitted on the state ballots? Who is responsible for determining eligibility? Leo Donofrio wants to know and so should you!

There is precedence in this case from a case in 1866 United States vs. Rhodes Case No. 16,151. This means that a natural born citizen has to be born in the US and both parents must be US citizens, otherwise the child would have dual citizenship and would be subject to a foreign power.

Leo Donofrio began this project because he was angry that Congress has voted to allow John McCain to be eligible to run for President. He then began examining Obama to find good reasons to vote for him and in the process learned that he is not a natural born citizen in the strict sense of the term, as John McCain also is not, and found that another candidate running in some states, Roger Calero, is neither a natural born citizen nor a citizen of the United States at all.

Donofrio's case and Berg's case are often linked in the media but they ARE NOT THE SAME. Donofrio simply does not dispute the legality of Obama's birth certificate. He does not need to do so in order to demonstrate that Barack Obama and John McCain also for that matter, neither are natural born citizens.

Dr Chiyome Fukino, M.D. Question > Is this exact document. The one in question, and has it been released ? If not , why not ? Apparently all other questions ring hollow is this is the ONLY document that will satisfy all parties concerned. Can anybody elaborate on this SPECIFIC DOCUMENT ? THANKS

Neither McCain nor Obama are natural Born Citizens. McCain was born in Colon, Panama, so he can't be Natural Born. It would not matter if Obama was born in JFK's lap in the WH. Obama's father was not a US Citizen at the time Obama2 was born, thus could never be Natural Born.

Some who doubt the Supremes will act to support the Constitution and declare Obama ineligible say that this would tear the country apart. It is already torn. There should be rioting already, but those who support the Constitution are awaiting the rule of Law to run its course to set America right again.

Was George Washington a natural citizen? Wasn't Virgina an English colony?

No. The Constitution was written after the Declaration of Independence. George Washington was a citizen at the time of the adoption of the Constitution. This is the 'grandfather' clause, as Donofrio calls it, allowing the Founding Fathers to serve. See 1:34.

Interesting that there are so many thumbs down on some of the most lucid comments. People are giving negative marks to comments that are simple statements of facts. Would the people offended by these facts hit reply and tell the good people here why they are wrong to doubt the legitimacy of the man sitting in the White House? It doesn't matter if Obama was born in Hawaii or not. His father was a foreigner. Children, at the time of Obama's birth who had a foreign parent had DUAL CITIZENSHIP. You can become a full-fledged NATURALIZED CITIZEN, but naturalized citizens CAN NOT BECOME PRESIDENT, only NATURAL BORN with two American parents. You could have cameras in Hawaii while little Barry Soetoro was being born with proof beyond belief he was born in Hawaii, and that still wouldn't make him eligible to be pres.

all i have to say is that the copy of my proof of live birth has a state seal on it, were is his? this is not the symbol at the top, this is a stamp at the bottom that is some how missing from his document, were is the actule birth certificate were it states the doctor's name and witness's names? no doctor has come out that practiced in hawaii saying i have the files that show i was his mother's doctor, and birthed him. even if he is legal why so much fighting and attacks over showing these?
