I have received many comments about this video and its links with religion. I would like to make it clear that I did not make this video to support any religion or to advocate for any belief because I, myself, am an athiest. However, I did make this video to show a need to respect religion or even the lack of religion. In the world today, in many cases religion has become a hinderance rather than a blessing. People of one religious group will often shun the believers of a different religion and in even more severe cases, this often leads to hate as well. I am a firm believer that religion was created in order to bring hope and spiritual guidance to those who choose to follow it. In no situation should it nurture hate or hostility towards others. I also believe that no one is born evil or with hate, but those two states-of-mind are developed if a child or even an adult is surrounded by the wrong principles. In this fast-paced world of today people are constantly faced with decisions that are not perfectly black and white but instead lie in the grey area in between. However, on the batlefield decisions and life are presented in its rawest form where the need to venture into the grey area of uncertainty is rarely required. Try to take a step back everyday, and look at the bigger picture. Rationalize your thoughts and your actions, but most importantly your words. Use religion to your advantage. Use it to benefit yourself and those around you. Religion should never be used as a vehicle for hate or alienation. We are all people, all human beings, and we are the only species capable of bringing our own destruction. Use your time here to bring cohesion to the world, don't leave it in darkness.
