If you are looking for an inexpensive and quick way to decorate your house, a holiday centerpiece with flower and candle decorations to your powder room and make an impressive style statement. In this Pottery Barn video, Floral Designer and Interior Stylist Nico de Swert demonstrates how to make a hydrangea arrangement.

Making a hydrangea arrangement is quite simple. Nico takes some pieces of cylindrical Bosphorus Bowls from Pottery Barn and square slate tiles and purple hydrangeas. He puts in four to five hydrangea heads in a single bowl and covers it with a square slate tile. He tops it with another bowl, filling it with hydrangeas and repeats to build up a three-tiered arrangement. To keep the flowers fresh longer, Nico suggests using a generous amount of water. Nico decorates the holiday centerpiece with aromatic votive candles. This hydrangea arrangement has a very fun feminine tone and is sure to spark conversation among your guests.
