Omaha Zombie Walk 2009

Saturday October 24th, 2009. The Omaha Zombie walk is essentially a Zombie Flash Mob. It started at the Pizza Shoppe in Benson around 6:00 pm. Approximately 350Omaha residents of all ages came dressed as Zombies. There were also Make Up Artists on hand to help complete your Zombie look. (This was the very beginning of the walk as they were leaving the Pizza Shoppe...they all had to abruptly go back for a head count requested by CNN..and then they resumed their course ) The Zombies Walked from the Pizza Shoppe on 60th and Maple north to Northwest Radial Hwy. They walked Northwest Radial Hwy east to 56th street. They then followed 56th street to Maple and walked back west to 60th and Maple, ending at the Pizza Shoppe. The video was shot using a Nikon Coolpix P5100 12.1 megapixel digital camera.
