I think I can help.first clean the lower bobbin area then you need to check the tension of your thread in the lower bobbin case. after that I would suggest using a piece of paper to stitch and see if if your upper tension is set correctly.also seeing the material you are working with you may need to use a different needle. check with a local sewing shop or cloth store for the type of needle to use.

you havent gotten any answers to this? i ask couse the same thing happens to mine and i cant seem to be able to fix it. its already been 2 months.
