That's very nice, I actually like it. It remind me of Jamie Oliver style, and it's different from the boring arabic cooking show. But what I noticed is that the ingredients aren't mention during the cooking process.
Another thing is the lighting, I know that Youtube effects the videos' quality, but I really think you should put on more lights in the kitchen.
I suggest you upload the episodes through your channel website!
