I used to be the most unpopular kid because I was "emo". To this day, I still dress the same, act the same, and like all the same things....now I'm "popular". When people get older, they become more accepting.

I was an unpopular kid. I think that sometimes kids reject, ostracize, ridicule, and bully, kids who seem "different", who have the integrity to be themselves, and not just "follow the herd." I agree with Onision that individuals who are willing to be themselves, and who live with some degree of sincerity, integrity, sensitivity, creativity, and thoughtfulness, should reach out to each other, befriend each other, support one another, bring out the best in one another, like resonating magnets.
