A bit sparse for my liking, I like it a bit more atmospheric, and not enough bass either. Not bad for a 3 man improvisation though

are the samples in built into the controller or can you 'upload' wotever samples u want to from an external library?

Definatly whatever you want! Most come with built in drum kits just to get you going, but everyone likes to build their own sound librarys. It's totally up to your imagination. From there you can edit the sound so it is shorter or stretch it longer. Later models have effects you can assign to whatever button you like.

just find drum brakes and sample the kicks and snares and all that good shit it sounds better than shit u can buy
