TESV: Skyrim - "CHEAT" *Master; Unlock All Perks / Max All Skills Command*

Instructions (Very Simple):

Place the Master.txt directly into your install folder (Install folder may vary depending on install version and OS):

Hint: The install folder is where the .exe that runs the game is located.

After the file is in place, load a save, press ~ to open the console window and type "bat Master".
You are now level 81 and have all perks, enjoy.

The file must be placed in the same folder as where "TESV" is located.

NOTE: This will not affect your current pending Perk points. I advise you to empty all available points before running this command.

Master Version (Realistic Magicka/Health/Stamina Stats)

*****I don't know why this is not working for many of you, it may be due to a Windows user restriction (You're not an Admin), or maybe a bad patchor no patch; I don't know.
The most I can think of is that you didn't read the description so you never downloaded the file

Thank you, works like a charm. :)

You can also type "tgm" into the console (without quotes) to turn on god mode. This makes you impossible to kill and you have infinite carry weight. Type it in again to turn it off.
