The sole survivor of this band, Donald B. Kinney, passed away last night. (11-18-08) He will sadly be missed by his friends & family! I've permanently retired his cartoon character. R. I. P. Don!!!

Albuquerque, N.M. late 60's I knew one of the band members Larry Leyva? I think. The brother in law of a very close friend of mine. A member of the band died in a car accident as I recall, and the band fell apart.

Hi, thanks so much for the infos; I love this song since so many years but I didn't know about the band (I only knew they were from Albuquerque). Sad to know they had to stop because of that car accident.
My Best
