Thanks man, that was great. The remake blew, and the sequel to the original was painful. It's a shame no-one knew where else to go with this story. Rutger H's portrayal of the enigmatic John Ryder will always haunt a part of my dreams.

You said it. I refuse to watch both the sequel and the remake because I'm sure they'll just piss me off since they're both a huge insult to the original and to Rutger's portrayal. I'm not saying Sean Bean's a bad actor, just that he can't compare with Rutger's Ryder :)

Now i know who sang it, Didn't see the Name is in the right corner,... but doe's anyone know where to get that song? it's on no Album i saw at amazon.

I don't think that this song is anywhere on any of their albums, but you could try and search for Masters of horror-Soundtrack on Amazon and I bet you'll find it! Of course there are other songs on that CD to from the soundtrack but I'm pretty sure you'll like them as well. Or you can just download it :)

Great video! While I think Hauer's Roy Baty is superior to John Ryder, Ryder's a close second in Rutger's all time best performances. Also I think MbD's the Big Sleep is better than this Demo version, but terrific job nonetheless.

The remake was different yet good. Sean Bean brought something else to the character. There both very VERY great characters.

@rutgerhauerfan Yeah, the remake and the so called "sequeal" are something that could be called crime against humanity :) SUcks a big time. THe original is one of the best movies I have ever seen. Camera, soundtrack, editing, shooting-spot selection, acting - Rutger Hauer RULEZ and so does Christopher Thomas Howell.
