That song is too big for them.

This is SURPRISINGLY good. They managed to capture so much of the feel of the song whether they're virtuosos or not. That's half the battle, if you ask me. I've seen a lot worse than this.

Lighten up people. The original Missing Persons line up were former Frank Zappa band mates. Of course their chops will be far superior to a cover band. Give 'em props for covering a tune with a high degree of difficulty. If they were covering Brittany Spears, we wouldn't even be commenting on this thread.

pretty decent cover :)

a BIG part of this song is the drums, the drumming needs more work. if you listen to the original version the drums sound more precise and faster. the singer in this band does a great job - she's has a more soulful voice than dale. dale's voice is super unique.

This is great! It's my favorite Missing Persons song. 5 Stars.

Drummer oughtta brush up on his Bozzio riffage. He's phonin' more than half of it in, takin' all kindsa short cuts. For better worse, the lead singer DOES sound like Dale.

Thanks for the comment. There are not too many drummers on this planet that can actually drum like Terry Bozzio note for note. If the band was trying to pass for a Missing Persons tribute band, it would be a bigger deal to actually drum the song note for note. Missing Persons was just a small part of our repetoire.
Speaking of shortcuts, I learned PLENTY of English language shortcuts in YOUR comment. :o) "Kindsa, phonin', betterworse, oughtta".
