Almost 40 teams from college campuses across the state competed for more than $120,000 in cash and prizes in the seventh annual Governor's Cup competition.
Student participants in the Governor's Cup are given the opportunity to write a viable business plan and make a pitch that could result in real dollars, which can be used to implement their ideas.
