Gotta love that 2.0L Inline 4, I just love the way they sound under acceleration. And they will just go and go and go. It's not uncommon for these engines to go way past 300,000 miles without anything but regular maintenance.

Now if only Mazda didn't pair it with that horrible Ford slushbox. That 4GAE tranny almost always cooks itself to pieces before 200,000 miles.... especially if you don't get regular fluid flushes.

@MyRedneckLife yeh they do sound good, this particular mazdas gearbox was going strong with relatively high km, probably was swapped
