Fallout 3 GECK=Custom Vaults=Vault 327 New and Original

This is the Vault 327 that I started in my tutorial and the old one that I had been working on before it became corrupt. As it says at the beginning, I cant load my old Vault 327 which I spent MANY MANY hours on, and as you can see later in the video, wasnt complete. I get an error that says specifically, "MASTERFILE: Missing/Invalid base object (01004F1A) for reference (01007439)" if I say yes, then the GECK "encounters a problem and needs to close" if I say no, then GECK has to close. This whole thing mystifies me as I can load it in modmanager and FO3 launcher and play it in the game to the file itself isn't corrupt.
