@MegaBeartrap Try melodic minor one half step above your intended pitch (it contains the same notes). So in this case when you're searching for B altered, you can just play in C melodic minor. Think of it as the "jacked up" scale - its full of crazy dissonant notes, its perfect for dominant 7th chords with a b9, #9, b5, or #5
