RTP social media intern Ross Maloney gets to take a look inside the world's first all-electric sportscar, the Tesla Roadster. The Roadster can get 244 mi. to a charge, go from 0 to 60mph in 3.7 seconds, and releases no emissions. This Roadster is owned by John Langston, of Duke Energy, who explains and demonstrates some of its functionality. His colleague Mike Waters also gives a basic tour of the advanced hybrid Ford Escape, getting up to 120mpg in city. Triangle members of initiative Re-Involt show off their souped-up Toyota Prius, boasting a staggering 763mpg.
