fresh test equipment for hho tuning

Finally got the final and fresh versions of my needed testing tools. With the mega squirt and the new style wideband and egt i can input egt and wideband o2 into mega squirt and have a very accurate and data logged vision of what is happening with hho. This will allow me to see all variables and finish the piggyback ecufor 96 and newer vehicles. The suburban is the window into the future. We have 1000's invested in this stuff and will help me help you. All this testing is very expensive. It almost seems ironic to spend 1000-2000 dollars in fuel to help the general public stretch a tank of gas further. Its all worth it in the end.

This is what is needed. You are right no one has this on youtube or anywhere else i have found. We need this hard data to try and explain and have the proof in the pudding for the non believers. I have this stuff on suburban but have no way to record whats happening. All this new stuff is getting implemented though megasquirt and laptop. so hard data and recordings can be used for research. Does the EGT also turn back on the HHO cell when EGT temperature return back to normal ranges? Can it be purchased thru you?

Yes it will turn the hho back on when egt. but it will show the user they have incorrectly set up their efie or map. all this really does is safeguard your engine. It will be quite annoying also. If some one sets map or efie wrong the unit will kill those mods and the driver will feel an increase in power. when hho is installed correct there is no power loss. god bless

i installed a hho kits direct unit. I'm having moderate to low success. Once I saw the tuning video, I am concerned about the water in the engine with high amps creating steam . should I install a vapor separator after the bubbler to control that? Also, for the computer, I installed a Volo performance chip. Do these chips help or should I go for an efie? Thanks for your input. - Kelly

i c ...wonder if knock sensor can be hijacked or if just left alone does best...my haynes sez the piezo element is vibrated by the pinging and the more the piezo element is jiggled the more retarded the timing is. i wonder if some cars have a defunct harness dangling that is meant for knock sensor but they dont have it on that model, or if some have a pin input on ecu that can be manipulated to retard the timing like your hijacker has a potentiometer

Everyone in HHO has said "we need to do this because of that" with utilization of the gas. Its effort without evidence. Some disastrous(wife excluded). It should have been done at the beginning & middle of innovation, not end. All cell makers should have been doing THIS BEFORE selling cells to public(research purposes excluded). You are showing safety. A few bucks for equipment is cheaper than for a new engine. Good for ANY engine. Will tell you if doing it right or wrong and not be burned.
