FREAKED-OUT Mom during Southlands Tornado June 7 2009

Okay, I know this video is taped sideways -- I didn't know it would tape vertically -- YIKES!! But I cannot even believe I taped it in the first place instead of going to the basement. This tornado stayed on the ground for 30 minutes...unbelievable! Also, I understand that my voice is completely ANNOYING on this video (so please don't remind me) but OMG, I have NEVER gone through this since living here (CO), only "warnings" and "alerts, and I was completely FREAKING OUT (as you can clearly hear)! Mainly because my children (18 & 14) were home alone, as well as my cats, rats and dog, and I couldn't drive to them because the hail was literally golf-ball size, if not bigger. I told my husband, "screw the hail...I want to be with the kids," but he was correct in staying since the storm was 10 miles away from them -- we were only 3 miles away. Very scary. My hubby said I sounded like "Dorothy" from the Wizard of Oz since all I was saying was, "I just want to go home...I just want to go home now." I'm such a dork! haha!

@photobrattt May I say something? I never stated I was the best christian or best person but you automatically assume this. Look at it from my view point, I, as a 12 year old boy, am going to state something like this. Please accept this and take a chill pill.
