I will never forget watching this trailer that came with the pc game Blade Runner by interplay as well. Blade Runner was an awesome game (1997) but I was so so so excited about this game. Pissed off to this day!

With whats hapening in todays game development as a whole we could realy use the great story telling of the past while todays hardware is astouning games still need to tell a good story many of todays games are very shallow 10 +years ago when I saw the trailer for this game I saw what looked like a great story , I hope someday its a story that gets to be told. like others have said before I hope the project can be revived.

This was a trailer in the Atomic Bomberman cd. I just wish I could get the clips and game to come out right and not have those crazy colors. <=(

Game was scrapped 'cuz Interplay fell apart.

I was there, did all the work as Lead character modeller, and although it showed great promise, the company was suddenly grabbing it's ankles.

VulcanFury was originally going to be a Quake Engine PC game... hobbled to a FMV non-interactive cutscene/choose-your-own-adven­ture bastard, then POOF! ..Not even enough time to surf their company-bound 'brilliance' to release a quick dud. :(

License gone, with Art & Talent. (nice 4 my Reel tho :)

One has to wonder where the audio is for the actors, it would be the last appearance of James Doohan of Scotty. I assume somebody would have to pay all the actors all over again to use the audio they recorded as the rights lapsed.

I am surprised they don't make it now - they must have so much media (all the voice scripts from the original cast recorded etc) plus all the story done - if it was done again it could be one of the biggest Trek games ever - not sure who owns all the media now though

This was a trailer that was on the game "Star Trek: Starfleet Academy". It was a fantastic game, and I played it several times through.

I had always hoped that Secret of vulcan Fury would have been released, but oh well.

At least given us the cutscenes made up to that point.

This trailer bring me so many memories. I saw it on the Starfeel Academy game, perhaps ten years ago or more. This is the first time I see it again since then, and only to listen to the background music is more than enough to make me feel nostalgic.

It was indeed a terrible waste. But, they still have the voices recorded, it wouldn´t be so difficult to start over the same story. :(

I remember this teaser from Starfleet Academy. I wonder if somebody still has the source code and data resources stashed somewhere.

I like to think that if I was working on a project like this which got cancelled, I'd copy everything I could get my hands on before I left and leak it to the Internet.
