The movie is called "Cora Unashamed". Her mom forces her to have an abortion because she got pregnant out of wedlock. It goes badly and she dies from complications and a broken heart.

Cora was the best friend and parent that Jesse ever had. She was the only person who spoke up for her and tryed to protect her. Jesses father was a kind, but very weak person. Jesses mother was a total piece of s**t.

I remember seeing this at about fourteen and crying insanely at the funeral scene. I've cried for maybe five movies in my life!, but this one struck a nerve somehow. I've always wanted to see it again, thank you :)

Alot of People don't know about this movie, but I do. This movie was aired on WKNO channel 10 here in Memphis, TN. This is an absolutely spectacular movie! IT's pretty sad too! Her parents (mom) actually killed her in the movie!
