I love this new style of video. It hides the horror of what's being explained just long enough to get the message across, where many would just turn away and refuse to watch if we were immediately shown a real stoning. It's very clever and I hope it gets more people to get involved in these important issues and less involved in voting for whether some singer on a tv show is better than some other singer.

I don't think this video is a good way to talk about such a serious issue. The whistling music, the girl smiling, and the final stone which is thrown at conclusion of the video are not a good way to deliver such a serious message. I don't think people in Iran (the ones who don't want stoning and fear it) would appreciate it.

@techpops - you raise a very interesting point and in some ways I would certainly agree with you (that perhaps showing a real stoning would be too difficult for most to watch), however I cant help but feel that this video belittles the issue by means of the whistling music, the crash test dummy and the delivery itself

@Jafs An electric chair is a 20-second-long application of 2,450 volts of electricity. Electric chairs do not and have never used water. Injections are considered to be the most humane way of executing someone and thiopental is used as it is a rapid and effective drug for inducing unconsciousness. I think I have learnt some facts and that you are clearly ignorant of the truth and how barbaric stoning someone is.

@sjhanfac3 Justify what happens in guantanamo compared to stoning its a nothing, an execution is an execution and who told u injections are painless??? its causing a heart malfunction ofc it wont be painless and a stoning sends a message out to others who are thinking of commiting the same crime whereas a electric chair done in private doesnt.......AND electric chairs do not take seconds they sometimes take about 10-15 minutes depending on how much water they use so learn some facts

@twistedbass15 You do realise that humans are animals to? Us killing animals is exactly the same as other animals killing animals, we're just more intelligent therefor have more tools etc. to do the job.
