  • i just got a native tonight , i fukin love it so far, best looking knife iv owned

  • Native 1, II or II?

  • the native is the only spyderco i've ever thought didn't look completely retarded. it's a great EDC knife.

  • Er, thanks. ;-)

However, Spyderco designs there knives "in the dark". In other words, there designed for ergos, instead of looks.

I thought the looked freakkkkkkkkky at first, but after playing with on (or two...) I got over the looks and love how well it works.

  • I have a Native too, but not with aG-10. Where did you get that. I want one!

  • Sorry, that was a typo. :-(

I know! I'd love to see one in G-10! I guess I'll just have to live with the G-10 Delica thats coming next year.

  • Can you show me a bit cutting, or something?

This flicking is not enough for a knife review, sorry...

  • Do you mind talking about the damn knife instead of waving it around?

  • Do you have somewhat small hands? The Native gigantic compared to mine (FRN AKA Native I).

  • Why does spyderco's lack of a choil seem persistent in their designs?

  • looks like the native 3 is a lot thicker and bigger than the native 1, or is it just an illusion?

  • my just just says native s30v but i go the new pocket clip

  • @ hogielove,

    Don't forget your firearm.

  • agreed.

  • The native and the Para military are not to similar. The para is a far better knife but is almost three times the price. They do have the same blade steel though. The part that I think makes the para stand out mot is the handles are way better and stronger. The native is a good knife is you do not have the money and are just using it for everyday things, but if you are like me and go camping in the boundary waters of MN get the para a leatherman and a fixed blade and your good.
