I know people say the final couple was "meant to be," but I was bummed about the ending. This here was one of my favorite romances in cinema.

everything about this scene is perfect. When he says to her 'you've got fires banked down in you - hearth fires and holocausts' and the look in his eyes, I just die.

I never considered myself to be a Katherine Hepburn fan but she is absolutely amazing in this scene. One of my fav romance scenes

You cut the video short!...after he kisses her, she says "Goll-Lee". And then he kisses her again.

I wonder that too. Jimmy was the best!

I SO LOVE that her character couldn't bring herself to utter the phrase " human frailty. " And the way that Ms. Hepburn delivered that " non " line was as brilliant as any line she delivered in the entire movie.
