@ANDPRY - You are so right. The Ukraine was caught in the middle, and devastated by people they at first prayed would be their liberators. The Ukraines were very stoic and very brave. The horrors of '41 and '42 in the Ukraine are beyond belief. Anyone truly interested in the Soviet-German war should read some of Vasily Grossman's works. He saw first hand the suffering of the German occupation in the East. Grossman's writings are poignant and precise.

@fredhubner Propaganda holds an assumption that discourse has been calculated, targetted and its true purpose is never revealed, with intention to manipulate. You can't say that all discourse is done so.

Just like you can't say that all criminals are evil or all Arabs are terrorists.

@fredhubner It is biased. But not propaganda. It has a biased Western outlook, the view of the winner. It has no objective view on Nazi Germany. Its social claims are ridiculous.
