@2HaveHope the guy is Jay Parrack, he sang with the Gold City between 1994 and 2001... yeah he hits some good high notes, but his voice quality is not that good

He has a gift to touch people with his powerful and beautiful voice! He definitely uses mask resonance to get that powerful and ringing sound. His belts are so rich and the tone of them are beautiful. He's like the male Whitney Houston. He has the perfect male voice!
