  • @hollowpoint45acp

is that a sarcastic question or are you really asking me if I have seen Hendrix play on a V?

  • @MysteryHunterz Ever seen Hendrix play "Red House" on a V?

  • @MrSlowhandmac yea i know right!

    :D I got a flying V too, but also a goldtop (^_^)

  • @MysteryHunterz Albert King played a Flying Vee all the time. One of the greatest blues guitarists.

  • Playing blues on a flying V. Now thats something!

Boy if this ain't getting you tears, you cold

  • Is this tune on a Mac LP? It's my most favorite Elmore James tune of all-time (his version, as you might expect, is blistering hot). Jeremy does spot-on impression on slide. Danny Kirwan doesn't have much to do on any of the Spencer/Elmore tunes.

  • Great memories, tks for the posting!

BTW if Jeremy Spencer is reading this, can I have my B B King lp's back, which I lent you about 45 years ago?

  • Andria, I cannot offer you marriage but you sure can be Mistress in charge of Music ,babe!

  • Hey Andy!

I enjoyed this very much. Thanks man.
