Gurdwara Harkhowal (dist. Hoshiarpur) Punjab

This is a video of Gurdwara Sant Garh, in the village of Harkhowal (dist. Hoshiarpur) in Punjab. It is dedicated to Sant Baba Jawala Singh Harkhowal Walay. Sant Ji used to live in the small thatched hut shown in the video, which has been restored and now has the gurdwara precincts and beautiful gardens around it. Large religious gatherings still take place at the gurdwara and it is also used to train students to become Sikh preachers.
Video was taken in March, 2005.

Glad i was able to do Darshan for Gurudwara sahib! I belong to the nearby village of Thagangarh and we visit this Gurudwara everytime we go back to Punjab!!

hey. thanks so much for putting this up! i 'googled' harkhowal and this came up. i can't believe my flowers are still there infront of the sri guru granth sahib! :)
