This is a patient with pseudoexfoliation syndrome who had cataract surgery with an Array multifocal intraocular lens 10 years earlier. She now is bothered by severe pseudophacodinesis and decentration of the lens causing decreased vision. Here the haptics are lassoed to the scleral wall and a pars plana vitrectomy is carried out to fixate and recenter the implant successfully.
