The only thing this bill stimulates is Democrat special interest groups: AFSCME, ACORN, windmill lobbyists, big city vote fraud machines, deadbeats seeking medical care at taxpayer expense, and welfare recipients. Would the three esteemed senators please explain how wasting billions in taxpayer money while people are losing their jobs is the "right thing for the country".
