The racial comment is not only presumptuous and unfounded. I'm an Independent and Obama is saying no illeagal citizens can participate but also there is upcoming census that calls for ALL people living in US as being citizens.

Joe Wilson made a mistake and has apologized to the people he offended. Obama and Pelosi have accepted his apology, so this should be over UNLESS this is now just partisan politics, or a smoke screen to mask the real issue, which is healthcare

I agree,that was the biggest shame ever,on nation tv calling the president "a liar" even though he was telling the truth.
Remember,President said,illegal will not be covered by the public option.Joe then yelled you lie,meaning,he is lying illegals will get coverage.Sounds to me like the republicans are upset,that the president actually doing the right thing,they are mad he is not covering illegals,and they wish he would,so they could attack him on that,thus they say liar. How pathetic!!!
