Sarkozy, Cameron bicker over 'industry' and 'services'

Excerpts from Monday's press conferences in Brussels by French President Nicolas Sarkozy and British Prime Minister David Cameron. The comments were triggered by a public statement by Sarkozy saying that Brittain 'has no industry left.' The French president, Nicolas Sarkozy, has reignited his cross-Channel war of words by accusing the UK of "having no industry left" during a primetime broadcast on national television.

Sarkozy, biding for re-election this spring, but trailing in the polls behind the socialist challenger François Hollande, was outlining his plans for raising VAT on Sunday night when a journalist pointed out that a similar move in the UK had seen a rise in inflation and had set back the economy.

"The UK has no industry any more," Sarkozy said in a response that recalled recent outbursts by his finance minister, François Baroin, and the Bank of France governor, Christian Noyer, that Britain should have had its credit rating downgraded before France because the UK had a weaker economy and higher deficit.

Excluding Germany, differences are minimal, a very worrying situation.

My country is Europe, as stated in my Passport, and I'm this willingly, because european culture is one, my culture, I'm not interested to discuss any particularism of "my" region.

National state imposed all time, violence, wars, borders & political issues, they mean nothing to me.

Muslim reproduce at the speed they can, limited by resources only, ability to get a woman, have food, home room.

Rats, this is not "racism" it's "religionism" & "culturalism", strong one, I'm disgusted

It came out, censuses of population by ethnic origin is banned in France.

Some anti-racist idea of someone I suppose.

But make your point anyway, is it that France if full of arabs & that they reproduce like beetles?, that can be easily understood.

Gene mixing is an esthetic problem but north-africans are not extraordinary ugly.

I have searched and none exist. My country of specifics was France. Most of Europe has them available but France does not PERIOD.
