Two of my favorite things! This was my first time messing around in a studio since I horribly strained my hip flexor. I will be teaching pole classes for beginners starting next Wednesday! If you live in or around MD and are interested in taking my class, shoot me a message!

@seventeenpercent Those shoes are way cooler in real life because the heal is actually a 9mm...haha! I got them in Vegas but you can find similar if not identical ones online @ Snaz75

@xTeenySugarCubeX3 Not at all, the shoes I practice in are all platforms, so even though the heels are high they don't put a strain on your arch. They are quite comfortable - I wish I could say the same about all of my heels!
