The guy in the video was shouting at me from the downstairs that I shall be a cun* for me not having my door closed. He says (a few moments before I grabbed my camera) that he would have a go at me, in 10 minutes. I should have known the way he is, he added at the time. I can only confirm that I knew indeed.

What happened, then?? Having heard all that rubbish from the downstairs about his threats to have a go at me should I not obbey, reminding me thereby about what, according to his own words, I should have known from the previous incident, which I knew indeed as he had assaulted me once at my home on another previous occassion, I switched my CCTV in my room. On the several previous occassions, for some similar demands he was having, he would run inside my room, twisting my arm in anger. He confesses to all that on this video.

However aggressive this Irish man is, he is also very crime-foxxy as he knows how to get away with crime easily. A few days before this incident took place, he had cut my telephone line going along those stairs in the video. He was not happy with me making phone calls as making phone calls from home is my work. The cut line was reported to the Police, the Police took the damaged white BT box for a fingerprint assessment but never came back with anything to day.

As I started panicking, at one point of time, considering all his threats, his history of malice, and wanted to shout him down. Yes, I did shout a lot but I was put under stress at that moment and was scared of him. That male then decided to run upstairs in a vicious manner, and started slapping me in my face several times, telling me that he would injur me if I don't obbey. When he hit me strong, on his fifth or sixth hit, I stood up, decided to protect my health, and asked him, to my surprise still quite calmly, to "Leave." but with some sort of persistence and determination to protect myself from him. What he did, as seen in the end of this video, is that he grabbed me by my neck, trying to twist me to the ground, I dodged it, and pushed him by my whole body weight outside the room. He then brutally assaulted me, hitting me all over my body, shoving me against the door frame. I ended up in hospital with bruising all over my body (the whole back, both arms, legs, and torso). I am a lucky guy that I he had not broken any of my bones or kicked me in my skull once he found himself in the position of almost achieving this.

Surprisingly, PC Mark Skelton of the North Yorkshire Police, here in York, found this
a) aggrevated tresspass (1st criminal offense) with
b) common assault (2nd criminal offense) and
c) affray (3rd criminal offense) with
d) his separate confession to a previous assault on me (4th criminal offense),

as all seen in this very CCTV, perfectly alright! Thanks a lot dear Police!!!

In the end of that day, it was actually me who was acussed of staging the assault for trying not to get wound up by sitting in my chair with the utmost calmness and control of the situation. Wow, what a perfect excuse that is!

All this happened on 28th July 2011, with long-term pretext of domestic violence, with plenty of small thefts of my property, with a direct confession to a previous assault on me (submitted to the attention to the Police without any action taken) , and with many threats, which followed after his release on the day of this incident.

The very latest paper I had found at my door step said, I WILL KILL YOU, YOU WILL DIE.

UPDATE: on 10th November 2011 I was detained by the local Police after reporting those death letters I an referring to herein

UPDATE: on 13th January 2012 I was arrested and charge for a common assault, when I was responding to having been hit in the back of my head, falling down the communal stairs, on the same day earlier on
