They explained it at the beginning of the show. For the sake of the musical, for 1 day, characters would forget what had happened in Soul Society arc, and act like they were still friends. They minimize the harm they did in order to get the 3 villains singing. There had to be any reason in the plot/script (as silly or surrealist as it may sound) for making those 3 being in the show. Aizen and Gin are major characters, loved by the public, and they should keep on appearing
