He accepted a Pagero as a "gift" when South Africa was (for some bizaar reason) purchasing useless outdated armourments to the value of 88 Billion Rand. The local armourments companies (which where not too shabby) struggled ever since.
He also was aquited (but I won't comment)of raping the neighbors daughter whom he knew had HIV (no condom required!!!).
Oh and he also is almost certainly going to be the president even though he never finished school! Small wonder the ANC split in two.
