It is near impossible to roll dough out the the depth called for in a recipe. Either we roll it too thin or too thick. The dough will then be burnt and crumbly or underbaked and doughy.
The Depth Measuring Rolling Pin allows you to roll the dough out to the depth called for in the recipe. Simply select one of the 5 disks, 1", 1/2", 1/4", 1/8" or 1/16" inch disk, lock it on the end of the rolling pin. The rolling pin is then raised to the height of the disk selected. Roll the dough until it stops spreading. Your dough will then be exactly the depth your recipe called for.
Your noodles, cookies, pie doughs, pastries, etc. will all cook or bake evenly. Never again will you have mushy pie dough or unevenly baked cookies.
