Some thrills and spills from the first couple of days action from the 2008 CST Composites Moth World Championships in 'Foiler town', Weymouth, Dorset, UK. Racing had been blown out for a few days by strong SW winds and these videos and stills were taken from the first 'Velocitek' speed trials and Day 1 of racing. The breeze was generally over 20 knots throughout. There was plenty of great action wherever you looked... from the front of the fleet to the back. from the spectators perspective it was fantastic. Sailing needs this sort of action... now they need to bring it in close to the people!
You gave the crash the correct sound! - Good to land on water and not on Beton!
