What's better if I'm a Audio Ingeneer (musician, studio recorder, etc).. a Macbook Pro ?? or an iMac..

that's a tough one. i say it all depends on your mobility needs. price wise they are about the same. with an iMac, you get a bigger screen, and opportunity for vastly larger amounts of storage, but that sacrifices on mobility. now i make tons of movies, and have no problem taking my imac to a friends house, but it's still quite tedious.

with a MBP, (for about the same price) you get a smaller screen and storage, but incredible mobility. and with the trackpad, you don't need to worry about lugging around a mouse or keyboard. so i say that it comes down to if you would rather have mobility or power

How do you fast foward in imovie?

oh i used the old imovie '06. there's an editing optoin that lets you fast-forward, slow down, or even reverse things. i used this to condense 2 hours into about 9 minutes.
