Gold Bar Tristan, six weeks into his training. March 2010.

2007 APHA Dunalino Stallion Gold Bar Tristan, a son of 2007 APHA World Champion Working Cow Horse, winner of the Oscar Crigler Cattle Award and three time APHA Champion Open Horse, Gay Bar Drummer and maternal grandson of QT Poco Streke was just started under saddle in late January of 2010. The clips were taken approximately 1 1/2 months into his training.
Tristan is standing to a very limitted number of approved outside mares and is APHA Breeders Trust nominated.
A small number of foals by this talented young stallion will be available for purchase in 2011.

For a stallion Tristan is pretty laid back. He has never offered to bite or kick either. The only thing he is very agressive with are cattle. We're working on that.

I hear good things about QT Poco Streke. I bought Tristan because I love his sire Gay Bar Drummer, so the good breeding on the bottom side was an added bonus.

I have an identical gelding to this horse! He is a grandson of QT Poco Streke. He moves just the same too! I was wondering if this horse is extraordinarily quiet and sweet? My gelding is and I was curious if it was in the bloodline. Beautiful horse! :)
