Werewolf Pat interviews Ben Hall, general manager of Rickenbacker guitars. Rickenbacker guitars and bass guitars are an integral part of the Rock legend of the Sixties and have been used by many famous musicians like The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Byrds, Joe Walsh of the Eagles, the list goes on and on! This video shows you firsthand how these great guitars are built! Also check out before and after footage of the restoration on Lemmy Kilmister's Rickenbacker bass, the result is awesome!

  • You said (in your website) that Rickenbacker guitar to make again soon southpaw, has any idea when? Thanks for the film.

  • @jamesvalentim True... As I did the interview back in November 2010 Ben Hall told me that they would produce lefty guitars again but I have no idea if it materialized... If you go to Rickenbacker site you can contact them and they will tell you for sure... Good luck... I'd love to get a lefty too!

  • no idea what he's so smug about, if it weren't for the Beatles this man would be on WELFARE.

  • @plotchickens Many companies or individuals had at one point a lucky break but it doesn't take anything away from the talent or hard work... Ben Hall, the factory manager was not only a very nice person but he let me film around the factory and ask questions with no restrictions... He is in no way conceited or condescending and, I can say this without hesitation: Rickenbacker guitars and bass guitars are very nice and well made! I would love to have one!

  • hey, what happened to the pimp my guitar series? that was a cool idea

  • @jt7887 Hi, the Pimp My Guitar series is still valid but I have too much material and no time to edit... I think I got too carried away trying to do really good quality with 2 cameras and in the end it takes way too much effort to edit! It's really a bummer but I must get to it and get it done because I have many cool guitars waiting to get "pimped"! From now on I will use just one camera so the editing is easier and faster...
