@suprakicksbby Music is interpretive, hence my secular statement. An atheist person could sing of world peace just as well as any theist. Matisyahu may be a religious guy, but his lyrics appeal to everyone, even atheists and agnostics.

Matisyahu is an amazing & very talented artist...when it comes to music i don’t care what religion or race a person is along as the music is beautiful and has a good message, wonderful riddim.
Music is like the air I breathe ...i need it to survive...it takes me to a place where I just forget all the craziness that goes on in this world...Listening to his song “One Day” makes me wonder...Why can't we all just get along, love and support eachotha and help make this world a better place.

The song isn't jewish tard. Matisyahu is Jewish the music just has a hopeful message for the future. Even though he has religious inspired lyrics, they are at their heart secular. You don't even have to believe in God to like his music.
