  • The red chili paste is "Sriracha" right? Just a footnote to another great vid---it's pronounced "See-ra-cha" (3 distinct syllables). "Racha" part of the word is really the same as the Indian word "raja".

  • wasabi is actualy white not green, the stuff you get thats green has dye in it. How do i know? because on the cook and the chef and they went to a wasabi farm.

    Irony at its finest, the hot sensation is actually the plants defense mechanism (duh) and then we go eat the plant for that very same reason (same with chilli's).

    Lol in year 4 I did a japanese course thing and at the end of the year we went to a resteraunt, I thought the wasabi was a traditional after dinner mint lol boy was I wrong.
